Global Reserve
The global reserve comprises the total value of assets in all forms, including foreign currency deposits, held by both centralized and decentralized financial institutions within the Ura Monetary System. Central Ura Organization is authorized by Resource Mobilization Inc., the issuer of Central Ura as honest money, as the sole global supervisory authority of the Ura Monetary System. Central Ura Organization’s main mandate is to oversee the maintenance of the Global reserves’ value and promote growth strategies among these centralized and decentralized financial institutions within the Ura Monetary System. However, these centralized and decentralized financial institutions within the Ura Monetary System must pursue these strategies while actively safeguarding the stability of the global reserve value.

Forex Reserves
The forex reserve comprises the total value of assets in the form of foreign-currency deposits held by centralized and decentralized financial institutions within the Ura Monetary System including those held in Central Ura, Central Cru, Fiat, and Fiat equivalent currencies. Central Ura Organization is authorized by Resource Mobilization Inc., the issuer of Central Ura as honest money, as the sole global supervisory authority of the Ura Monetary System. Central Ura Organization’s main mandate is to oversee the utilization of the Forex reserves to back its liabilities being the local currency issued and the various bank reserves deposited with various banks and other financial institutions in the Ura Monetary System.

Central Ura Organization has granted authorization to Central Ura Reserve Limited to calculate and transmit to Central Ura Organization, the Central Ura reference rate to be calculated using data submitted by centralized and decentralized financial institutions in the Ura Monetary System. The data submitted is used by Central Ura Reserve Limited to compute the weighted average Central Ura exchange rate, which is then transmitted to CUO for publication on this website at the sole discretion of CUO.
Reserve in Fiat and Fiat Equivalents
Central Ura Organization has granted authorization to Central Ura Reserve Limited for the distribution and management of Central Ura as a global honest money. Central Ura is available for exchange, purchase and sale on centralized and decentralized platforms that support its circulation and management.
Central Ura is exchangeable for its corresponding value in any fiat currency. On centralized platforms, Central Ura is the actual representation of physical Central Ura, akin to fiat currencies. On decentralized platforms, Central Ura are digital, electronic, or virtual representations of physical Central Ura, akin to Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). Central Ura official exchange rate is not subject to or determined by any centralized or decentralized financial institution within the Ura Monetary System except by the Central Ura Reserve Limited as authorized and mandated by the Central Ura Organization in its capacity as the sole global authority for the Ura Monetary System. The official exchange rate for Central Ura is the rate quoted on this website by the Central Ura Organization, regardless of any other rates provided on any centralized or decentralized platforms where Central Ura is exchanged, bought, and sold. The current Central Ura exchange rate is US$136.04 per 1 Ura as per the latest update on this website by Central Ura Organization.

Vault Transactions
The Central URA Organization LLC (“CUO”), in its capacity as the manager of the Global Reserve, Forex Reserve, Ura, and the URA Monetary System, guarantees Vault transactions which allow a Ura holder to draw directly from the Reserves held by Central Ura reserve Limited as part of its supervisory responsibility in the URA Monetary System to financial institutions.
The market exchange rates for Ura can be any amount and may be different from the official exchange rates for Ura as updated from time to time on this website by CUO.
